Inspired by his older brother who is also a professional keyboardist, Richard began playing keyboards at just 8 years old. A few years later, his brother asked him to fill in at one of his gigs: an opportunity that marked the true start of his performing career. Since then, Richard has gone on to build more than three decades of international band experience.

Starting in the Philippines, he performed widely before taking his music across Asia, including Hong Kong, Japan, and prestigious hotels such as Sheraton and Shangri-La in China. His career later brought him aboard luxury cruise liners, where he entertained audiences in Taiwan, Thailand, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and beyond.

Now based in Canada, Richard continues to share his love and passion for music with the local music scene.
