With over a decade of experience, Grue is a talented self-taught bassist known for his exceptional groove and musical intuition. Raised alongside his guitarist brother, he was immersed in music from an early age, learning by ear and honing a style that blends discipline with creativity.

Having played at various venues across the Philippines, Gruelle has showcased his ability to infuse funk, jazz, rock, reggae, blues, and pop with his unique flavour.

Now based in Toronto since 2022, he continues to expand his presence in the local music scene. When not performing, he is passionate about pushing creative boundaries through music production and collaborations with emerging artists.
